Mozilla making new tab when I click inside my mailbox intself Hi! I checked out the post bitching of the same thing but the answers do not follow my problem. Inside of my Yahoo mail box, or anywhere else, if I click on my In Box it will pop open a whole new tab. I have to X it out and go back to my other page to view the In Box. Same thing if I click to write a message, it pops up a whole new tab. If I click on ANYTHING actually, it goes to new tab. Have run Avast pro, no viruses, nothing, tinkered in the tools option tabs section, nothing. Temporary glitch? Something obvious? I'm stumped... Anyhow, open firefox and type about:config and type browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent, it should be set to true, so just set its value to false and everything will be reverted back hopefully. Ummm am not sure which version I'm using but think it's the latest. Pardon my innocence but where is it you want me to type about_config: ? In the Firefox help search? It's still popping new tabs out. Give me the idiot's version of where to type those things in please. Thanks for helping me! Reply With Quote
