Mozilla Firefox 8 crashes with Download Status Bar add-on

Mozilla Firefox 8 crashes with Download Status Bar add-on In my computer I am using Mozilla Firefox browser and I am experiencing one problem with the Mozilla Firefox. I have recently installed Download Status Bar add on in Firefox and after that it has started crashing randomly. This add-on is very helpful for me. With the previous version of the Firefox I was not facing the same problem. What should I do to solve this problem? First you should open the browser and then you have to click on the clear recent history option and after clicking on the clear recent history option you have to clear the cache and cookies and after clearing the cache and cookies from the Firefox browser you have to close the browser and after that you have to open the browser again and after restarting the browser you have to check whether same problem is occurring or not. I think after clearing the cache and cookies in your Firefox browser you will be able to solve this issue. If after still facing the difficulty after that then let me know. First check this in your browser so that you can identify exact problem. Now after that I have also tried to fix this issue by clearing the cache and cookies from the Firefox and after clearing that also I get the same problem. Now please tell me how to get rid of this issue. I hope after that your problem will get solved. Remove+Reinstall etc of Download Status Bar doesn't help. FFox just hangs with a blank screen, won't boot unless Download Status Bar has been disabled or removed. Love Download Status Bar. Fantastic add-on! Would love to find a fix for this. (Also: With above problem if try to select Profile from profile startup list, get "profile in use" error. Only able to boot FF8 in Safe Mode with extensions disabled. Once Download Status Bar has been disabled or removed, and my other extensions have been re-enabled, FF8 will boot and function properly.)
