AMD has announced its new high performance GPU the Radeon HD 7970. It is Engraved in 28nm. This gpu supports DirectX 11.1. Performance

Compatibility
With the Radeon HD 7970, AMD offers the first graphics chip compatible with the PCI-Express 3.0. At a time when this writing, only the latest generation of Intel platform, based on x79 chipset is compatible. The chip is compatible Tahiti PCI-Express 3.0. The advantage of this evolution of the standard is of course to provide additional flow: while the PCI-Express 2.0 provides a bidirectional bandwidth of 16 GB / s, PCI-Express 3.0 doubles the bet and offers 32 GB / s. One of the other changes in the PCI Express protocol for encoding which is much less demanding than before releasing because of the bandwidth.
The gpu is backward compatible with motherboards PCI-Express 2.0, while the performance gain in the usual applications of the standard will be more than 3.0 reduced. It should be noted that during our tests we encountered some problems with our accounting platform PCI-Express 3.0. Indeed, the main port PCI-Express, the Radeon HD 7970 has started once before and never wants to operate. It took the third position on the PCI-Express to the system boots again. Similarly, we met with some PCI-Express 3.0 compatibility issues with some games. This is true of Mafia II or the display of menus is torn by multiple vertical black bars. Back through the BIOS PCI-Express 2.0, the problem goes away for a quick one.

Eyefinity
Eyefinity technology remains a niche solution for us. This does not prevent AMD to continue to evolve. Remember that with Eyefinity, it is possible to connect multiple monitors to a single graphics card for a game more immersive. Radeon HD 7970 allows the DDM (or Discrete Multi-Point Digital Audio) that can manage several different audio streams simultaneously. As part of a video conference with three different partners, each present on a screen, the graphics card can send to each of the three screens a different audio stream. In terms of 3D, Eyefinity is updated to handle three screens on a single graphics card DisplayPort displays each image in stereoscopic 3D.
And that's not all because in the management of video output, the chip is HDMI 1.4a Tahiti in Alternative 3 GHz, AMD called Fast HDMI. So it speaks to no one on the paper like that except it does two things: send a signal to 1080p with a 3D flow of 60 Hz for each eye or manage screens 4K resolutions.
In addition to decoding UVD engine capacity now well known, the Radeon HD 7970 gets a brand new unit called VCE or Video Codec Engine. This is a multi-stream hardware encoder H.264 course taking care of HD. With two modes of operation, using only one unit, the other using the computational units of the chip, the encoder will have to be managed by the encoding software.
Conclusion
AMD has proved to be one of the prominent and tough competitor in the market by introduction of this entirely new gpu with high end architecture. Considering this are the faster single gpu for pc, gamers can now get what they are really looking for. Due to drastic improvement the gpu generates more challenges. What matter here mostly is the backward compatibility and working stable on CrossFire. This are the things which are yet to be finalized. Serious PC gamers can have this card so confidently when they search for the currently most powerful graphics card. It is the fastest to date, single-GPU graphics card, an example of energy efficient and equipped with high-quality image filters. More strong performance is expected now.

Many education sector who specially deals with IT has changed the method of teaching by adoption digital technology. The best example I can give you is Virtual Classroom. Design:
With a 10.1"screen you get a notebook plus tablet. It is not just a regular pc. You convert it to a tablet and use the screen for writing. The experience yet found was good. This new improvement will help the students to give better writing ability on the screen without any issue of worrying about the touch screen. It can be called as ultra portable. It has a plastic chassis which is hard enough to handle shocks. You can use leather cover over the top for better grip and it is very convenient to handle. Keyboard size is enough big for smooth typing. It looks interesting to see the laptop. In comparison to older series this one is better. There is a webcam also in this laptop which on the screen. Surely a better add-on for affordable system.
Operating System:
The notebook is equipped with a Learning Series Software Suite. This suite has a combination of tools which can help students a lot at classroom. It is possible to customize the system as you want as per your classroom subject. Running on Windows 7 operating system the education experience on Classmate PC will be more and easier. There is no other information which states that the PC will have other operating system also.

The good points of this series are that they are small and affordable. Its design is robust and has a better touch features. Good for learning and has better storage space also. Better than tablets as they lack supports to other operating system and are still under development stage. Another thing which I was assuming to have is more processing power. But does that really matter. A kid might not understand the processing power at a very low age and as he/she grows there are ample of high end models. As a student of 21st Centaury it is always necessary to gain some skill and be fast to reach the goals in competitive market. The more your kid stays behind the more time it will take to learn and adopt the new technology. Giving a kid a gadget which can help him to understand and learn the qualities like troubleshooting, creativity, etc will give a strong base. The handy tool will surely generate a expert in future. A basic and affordable model can be good new year gift for your kids.
This type of gadgets is far more effective for developing countries that are gazing speed in development but lacks behind because of expensive technology and implementation.
